Receptionist
This position will be handling front desk responsibilities for the Fayetteville office. This person will work at the front desk and greet visitors, as well as handle phone duties, and route calls as necessary. They will greet external clients and new business customers, so friendly, professional attitude is very important.
Other responsibilities include more traditional administrative/clerical support roles including typing/word processing of documents, maintaining calendars and setting up meetings, making travel arrangements, copying, faxing, setting up files, and coordinating building and equipment maintenance. MS Office experience is required and experience in the healthcare sector is preferred.
Client Support Manager
This position is responsible for day-to-day, remote (web/phone) support of our clients, ensuring that the terms of various service agreements are met. Duties include setup of new client accounts, monitoring of web services, on-call support and development of plans to support new product releases.Required skills include Microsoft XP and Windows 7 operating systems. MS Office and Flash. DotNetNuke familiarity is preferred.
